Position 1:- Customer Service Executive II(IFB)

Required Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.

Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.

Workplace: Addis Ababa & the area branches

Position 2:- Customer Service Executive III(IFB)

Work Experience: Three (3) years of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE.

Position 3:- Branch Manager Grade I (IFB)

Work Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which One (1) year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.(preferably at IFB

Workplace: Addis Ababa & the area branches
