Position 1: – Customer Service Executive – II
Place of Work: Majete, Bishoftu, Seladingay
Employment Type: Full-Time
Career Level: Junior Level (1+ – 2 years experience)
Essential Functionality:
- Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
- Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
- Checks and balance physical cash with the Casher,
- Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers and,
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSE or related position
Position 2: – Reward and Employee Service Officer
Place of Work: Head Office

Career Level: Mid Level ( 2+ – 5 years experience)
Essential Functionality:
- Participate in the development the reward, recognition, incentive, and benefit package of the bank
- Provide overall expertise in all aspects of reward and employee service to sustain a high[1]performance work culture which attracts and engages necessary talent;
- Provide employee benefits programs such as insurance, leaves, safety, health working conditions and other employee services and keep records safe;
- Collect and compile relevant data to develop comprehensive rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective for the bank.
- Handles payments, benefits and various requests of employees
- Mentor and enable staffs below his/her grades towards achieving their effective performance;
- Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, performance report of the division
Job Requirement:
Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration or any other related fields
Work Experience: Three (3) years of relevant Banking experience of which one/1 years on officer position
Position 3: – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer
Place of Work: Head Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Career Level: Mid Level ( 2+ – 5 years experience)
Essential Functionality:
- Plan, process and manage staff recruitment, selection and onboarding activities in accordance with the HR procedure of the bank;
- Interpret and implement human resource directives within terms of reference; ensures that corporate human resource policies, rules and regulations are adhered;
- Participates in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes, in general.
- Follow up and ensure talent acquisition and on boarding activities are implemented within planned calendars.
- Initiate and Confirm new hire process works are performed as per Banks’ HR standards.

Essential Functionality:
- Participate in all talent acquisition and on-boarding processes.
- Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing procedure of the bank;
- Sustain or/and improve key recruiting KPIs Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants ;
- Prepare vacancy announcement;
- Facilitate pre-employment activities
- Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;
- Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
Job Requirement:
Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields
Work Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience preferably in Banking industry
