Position 1: Senior Finance Analyst
Place of Work: Head Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Essential Functionality:
Purpose of the Job: To conduct financial modeling and valuations, capital market and securities analysis as well as other required analysis in the upcoming capital market and financial liberalizations efforts.
Generic Functions:
- Take up the roles of the Manager in his/her absence;
- Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division;
- Mentor and enable staffs below his/her grades towards achieving their effective performance;
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public;

Specific Functions:
- Develop various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions;
- Analyze complex financial models and make ongoing investment recommendations.;
- Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF;
- Reduce financial risk based on current and forecasted market trends and financial data;
- Prepare detailed reports that help senior management make key investment decisions;
- Use complex analysis software and applications to forecast and assemble financial data;
- Keep all client portfolios, financial data financial trends and regulations up to date;
- Handle other related generic activities as deemed necessary
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BA and above in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Finance and Investment or any other related field
Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience in relevant fields preferably in banking of which two/2 year on senior financial analysis position in relevant banks operation or related business exposures.

Position 2: Senior Collateral Valuator
Place of Work: Adama District, Dessie District
Employment Type: Full-Time
Essential Functionality:
Purpose of the Job: To support effective credit decision making of the Bank by ensuring accurate and fair valuation of property pledged for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.
Essential Functions:
- Participate in the development, implementation, and review of collateral valuation standards and practices of the bank;
- Observe an in-depth assessment on properties by physically visiting;
- Undertakes, in accordance with the appropriate guidelines, valuation of buildings and other construction works for collateral or foreclosure purposes
- Prepares procedure and formats to facilitate the gathering of data for technical evaluation;
- Prepare bill of quantities and specification for work items not included in the guideline;
- Prepare and report project status report for properties held as collateral, and project financing;
- Monitor changes in bylaws to determine any effects on properties being appraised.
- Studies location and trends that could influence future value of property;
- Handle other related duties as may be required.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BSc. in Engineering or any other related fields.
Work Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience preferably in Banking Industry of which 2 years on officer position.

Purpose of the Job: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Essential Functionality:
Purpose of the Job: To support the Bank’s operations by coordinating and providing efficient and effective installation, maintenance and repairing work for new or existing office machines like office equipment, furniture and generators of the Bank.
Specific Functions:
- Develop in-house inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for office equipment and generators;
- Give more effective support for technical staffs in the installation and repair work of equipment and generators;
- Follow-up and undertake in-house inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance and repair work office equipment, furniture and generators;
- Follow-up and perform generator electric line installation;
- Follow-up and perform generator installation, inspection, testing and commissioning work;
- Recommend for maintenance outsourcing of office equipment, furniture and generators;
- Follow-up the proper maintenance of outsourced office equipment, furniture, generators according to the request of the Bank;
- Check and receive office equipment, furniture and generators including replaced/changed parts from the outsourced company upon the completion of the service;
- Monitor the proper handover of maintained office equipment, furniture and generators on time to the requesting unit;
- Prepare and process payment for outsourced maintenance work of office equipment, furniture and generators;
- Orient/train/advise users on office equipment and generators operation and cleaning;
- Recommend replacement of obsolete/damaged office equipment, furniture and generators;
- Develop office equipment and generators specification and inspect during receiving;
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BSc Degree/Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV in Electrical, Electronics Engineering Technologies or related.
Work Experience: One (1) year as General Technician or equivalent experience for BSc level and two years as General Technician or equivalent experience for Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV.

Position 6: Senior Credit Analyst

Purpose of the Job: To realize effective credit decision making by producing accurate credit analysis report and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading.

- Evaluate customers’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them;
- Communicate with the concerned bodies about the degree of risk in lending money to customers;
- Confer with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on customers;
- Undertake proper business and risk analysis of customers who have lodged guarantee requests to the bank;

Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, and related fields.
Work Experience: 7 (seven) years of Relevant Banking of which 2 years as Credit Analyst position.
