Position 1: Junior Attorney
Place of Work: Head Office
Essential Functionality:
Purpose of the Job: To assist senior attorneys and attorneys in foreclosure and litigation proceedings and other appropriate dispute settlement mechanisms to safeguard the bank’s interest; handle loan litigation cases; foreclosure cases and criminal cases; appear to all court levels and any tribunals;
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the foreclosure process;
- Participate in reviewing and approving statements of claim, defense, other pleadings and memorandum of appeal;
- Participate in reviewing court judgments and arbitrational tribunal orders;
- Represent and/or ensure that the Bank is adequately represented at courts or tribunals in its defenses or in suits against third parties if necessary ;
- Participate in facilitating trainings on legal subjects to other process performers of the Bank;
- Prepares statement of claim, defense, pleadings, appeal, affidavit, memorandum, application, notices & legal instruments;
Job Requirement:
Qualification: LLB in Law or any other related fields.
Work Experience: One/1/ year of relevant experience preferably in banking industry.
Position 2: Branch Manager G – I.
Place of Work: Abderafi, Arbaya, Chuahit, Maserodenb (Meakelay Armachiho), Miekadira, Finote selam, Jiga, Kuy (Debay Tilatgin), Gindewoin
Job Position: Branch Manager Grade – I
Purpose of the Job: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch
Essential Functions:
- Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;
- Plan and lead the resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner.
- Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
- Ensure an attractive banking service is delivered and maintained;

- Aggressively engages in marketing and promotional activities,
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I
Place of Work: Harbu (Bereka), Dessie (Bilal IFB)
Purpose of the Job: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
Generic Functions:
- Prepare /review work plans/budgets of the branch and monitor its execution;
- Embody the bank’s good culture & corporate image;
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by the same, and manage disciplinary concerns;
- Cultivate a working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and transparency among staff;
- Provide services as per the service level agreement, follow- up & monitor subordinates to do the same;
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;

Specific Functions:

Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Position 4: Junior Cash Management Officer
Place of Work: Head Office
Purpose of the Job: To support in carrying out the general accounting operations and financial transactions, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger٫ preparing month-end close procedures
Essential Functions:
- Prepare tickets, Journal Vouchers, sorts out & journalizes and countersigns on it;
- Generate incoming credit summaries and counter signs;
- Prepare inter branch transaction tickets and posts carefully to the respective accounts;
- Prepare claims and sends to the concerned branches and handles claims of branches;
- Process Branch’s Special Credit Summary dispatched to head office Finance;
- Prepare reconciliation summary drawing sheet/outstanding items report sheet and record outstanding items;
- Reconcile and maintain the bank accounts, stocks and fixed assets records properly and outstanding items settled on time;
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience: One/1 year of relevant banking experience.
Position 5: Cleaner & Messenger
Place of Work: Dessie, Kobo, Bestima, Muja, Tulu Awulia, Abderafi, Arbaya, Chuahit, Maserodenb (Meakelay Armachiho), Miekadira, Yifag, Finote selam, Kuy( Debay Tilatgin), Jiga, Debre Markos, Gindewoin
Purpose of the Job: To securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages and other items to intended location or recipient timely and appropriate manner and support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the work places clean and make it attractive for staffs and customers.
Essential Functions:
- Receive and deliver documents, materials, and supplies from office to office within the company.

Essential Functionality:

Purpose of the Job: To manage the overall cash movements and operation of the Branch; ensure that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; supervises staffs engaged in cash area;
Essential Functions:
- Perform KYC and Customer due diligence upon opening accounts
- Receive and deliver physical cash from and to customers,
- Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
- Update passbook, print deal slip, or issues customer advice,
- Issue and sign Payment Instruments,
- Perform other duties as required.

Position 8: Customer Service Executive – II.

Job Position: Customer Service Executive II

Essential Functions:
- Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash;
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator;
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts;
- Post transaction in to the system after ascertaining appropriateness of the account particulars and documents against profile maintained in the system.
- Updates passbook prints deal slip or issues a customer advice;
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers;
- Checks KYC and AML;
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions;
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Work Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
Position 9: Messenger & Cleaner – I

Purpose of the Job: support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the work places Safe, Secured and makes it attractive for staffs and customers.
Essential Functions:
- Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
- Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
