Position 1: Sales Representatives
Responsibilities:
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data o Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads
- Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects
- Creating, planning, and delivering presentations on company products
- Tracking all sales activities in company CRM system and keeping current by updating account information regularly
- Communicating customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with B2B
- Familiarity with different sales techniques, Sales Process and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

3. Physical and Mental Fitness
- Able to make survey door to door at physical address of targeted Clients
- Persistence is the basic KPIs to evaluate the the new Candidate.

4. Education
- Above Grade 10
- Having Proven “Sales Technique Training” has advantageous.

Position 2: E-Commerce Team leader
Responsibilities:
- Planning, Directing, Controlling, Leading & Evaluating Sales Targets in the team.
- Prepares annual, quarterly, monthly, Weekly and daily reports of the team.
- Train the team and update sale forces of the team members
- Being the role modules of the Teams.
- Supporting selling process techniques in the team.
- Covering the gaps of the team member

Position 3: Finance Division Manager
Job Description:
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Develop department practical performance evaluation criteria’s
- Organize, Distribute works, lead, control & evaluate subordinates activities
- Develop Applicable Each Finance Management Activities Controlling Checklists
- Develop Finance Dep’t technical/operational/Functional/action-Plans,
- Determine Finance Areas which needs controlling, establish Standards for Controlling Activities
- Measure Actual Finance Performances with Planned
- Develop Finance Management Plan
- Manage Internal Checking activities for the company
- Cross check trial balances & Reconciliation
- Lead and control finance team as a whole
- Cross check A/P and A/R including source documents
- Produce financial statements
- Evaluate financial performances
- Participate while unit staffs hiring
Job Requirements:
- BA/MBA in accounting or finance required.
- 12-13+ years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP & IFRS.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Ability to train and manage staff.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
