Ashewa Technology Solution S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Positions.

Position 1: Share Sales Expert

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and proactively target potential shareholders through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on the company’s performance and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target segments and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Communicate and explain the benefits of share ownership to potential investors, leveraging persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the company’s financial performance, growth prospects, and investment risks to potential investors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and market materials target ed towards potential investors.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the sales process.
  • Follow up with potential investors, answer their queries, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, investor interactions, and share transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in share sales, preferably in a similar industry or financial institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investments, and share valuation methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential investors.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and market data to effectively communicate investment opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to share sales.
  • Professional certifications, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, are a plus. continuously evaluate and recommend emerging digital tools, technologies, and platforms for effective sales execution.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on digital sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital sales, preferably in the financial industry or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with digital sales tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to digital sales.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales are a plus.

Position 2: R&D Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scientific research and experiments to develop new products or technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, chemists, and product managers, to define project objectives and timelines.
  • Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to drive innovation and product improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field through literature reviews, attending conferences, and participating in professional development opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies or methodologies that could enhance product development processes.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings and project updates.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to scale up production processes and ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product concepts or enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, protocols, and results in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline, such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of scientific principles, experimental design, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment relevant to the field of specialization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as statistical analysis software and laboratory information management systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
