Position 1: Architect
Required Qualifications:
BSc Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Modeling: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Archi Cad, sketchup
Rendering: Lumion, V-ray & 3D-max
Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Preparation of Architectural designs with regard to design standards, with respect to the design program, site condition and requirements of the client
Preparation of Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and related tasks of building projects.
Carry out the architectural design review,
Review the compatibility of the architectural design with structural, sanitary, mechanical and electrical designs
Prepare reports, design drawings, architectural design presentation
Conduct site visits
Project follow up and periodic supervision
Position 2: Junior Contract Engineer
Responsibilities:
Contract management and documentation,
Contract administration in compliance with all terms and conditions of contract.
Monitor project progress and liaise stake holder.
Preparation of contracts and amendments.
Oversee bid document preparation
Keeping track of Bonds (Performance, Advance, Indemnity, etc)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in a consultancy firm is adventitious.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
An eye for detail
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Construction Industry.
Position 3: Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for various projects.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with local codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers and architects for seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Prepare material specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical works.
Utilize CAD software and other electrical design software for project planning and execution.

Position 4: Senior Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
Preparation of structural designs, specifications, cost estimates, material approvals, and coordination of all design works for both design and supervision contracts of building projects.
Lead the structural design and analysis of projects from conception to completion.
Develop innovative and efficient structural solutions that meet project requirements.
Conduct structural calculations, simulations, and analyses using industry-standard software.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural systems into overall project designs.
Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and technical reviews.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the construction and implementation of engineering projects at the site.
Ensure adherence to the approved designs and construction methods.
Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate between contractors and clients.
Prepare regular progress reports and address any issues arising during construction.

Position 6: HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and employee relations.
Manage payroll, benefits, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee inquiries, training, and development programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
