Position 1 – Project Supervisor
Required Qualification & Experience:
Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology & Management, Computer Courses in Engineering Plus a minimum of 5 years in Construction Work Experience, with at least 3 years as site supervisor/Project Manager or Resident Engineer.
Certifications:
Auto CAD, Certificate is Mandatory
SAP and Arch CAD is an Added Advantage.
Duties and responsibilities:
The job holder prepares a variety of legal documentation; Reviews legal documentation prepared for the Bank or arising from the work of the Bank; Provides legal advice to regional manager and staff in all areas of the Bank’s activities and proffering solutions to legal problems, constraints, risks, options, consequences and approaches.

Place of Work: Ambo and Dire Dawa Towns (V. No HO/01110/24)
Position 2: – Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
Required Qualification & Experience:
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics & Management plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ in Banking operation, with at least 2 years in senior role preferably in IFB services.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Jobholder is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The jobholder continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01109/24)
Position 3: – Manager – Catering Service Division
Required Qualification & Experience
Education: BA Degree in Hotel Management or related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in catering services or similar duties at reputable organizations or at least 4 star hotels. Professional certificates in catering service areas (an added advantage).
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01108/24)
