1. Position 1: Branch Manager Class IV Branch
   Qualification & Experience:
   BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus minimum of 8(eight) years of relevant banking experience of which 3(three) years in a supervisory position.
2. Position 2: Manager – Regional Human Resource & Administration (Re- Advertised)
   Qualification & Experience:
   BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and Public Administration & Development Management or related discipline plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resource Management role preferably in the banking sector which 3(three) years in supervisory position.
3. Position 3: Awash Bank Ikhlas/ Customer Service Manager I for IFB Branches
   Qualification & Experience:
   BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 5(five) years of experience with at least 3(three) years at operational work. Having a knowledge of Interest Free Banking/Islamic/Sharia principles is a must
4. Position 4: Awash Bank Ikhlas/ Customer Service Officer/ Direct Sales Representative for IFB Branches
   Qualification & Experience:
   BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and Development Management, International Trade & Investment Management, Cooperative Business Management & Auditing.
5. Experience not rrequired.
6. Having a knowledge of Interest Free Banking/Islamic/Sharia principles is a must
   Term of Employment: Permanent for all Positions
   Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
