Position 1: Senior – Conventional Products Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline plus a minimum of six (6) years marketing and research experience
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for Retail products planning and execution, prioritizing product and customer requirements, work closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer satisfaction goals. Assist with ensuring product supports the Bank’s overall strategy and goals. S/he continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information and identify threats and opportunities.

Position 2: Senior – IFB Product Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of Six (6) years’ in Banking operation , with at least Two (2) years in IFB Officer Services.
Job Summary:
The Job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB product Development division. S/he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The jobholder continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.

Position 6: Manager – Legal Research Division
Qualification & Experience:
LL.B. degree in Laws plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years at a supervisory position.
Job Summary:
The Jobholder is responsible for general supervision, planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the division. S/he develops and implements policies and procedures related to activities of legal matters on litigation, represents the bank before judicial and quasi-judicial organs, pleads on behalf of the bank and renders advices

Qualification & Experience:

Position 8: Manager – Conventional Products Development Division
Qualification & Experience:
Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics and Management or relevant academic background plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in banking preferably in product development.
Professional attitude and appearance & good communication skills.
Good command of English Language (Writing + Speaking)
Team player with high cooperation attitude and proactive and able to work under pressure
Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for the inception, planning, development, delivery and management of new products, enhancement of existing products, product bundling and the development of segment value propositions, meeting the overall objectives of the Bank. He/she will develop and manage appropriate products, services and value propositions in order to compete and lead in the Bank’s chosen markets/segments. Also work as a team member and independently to manage the complete product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to ensure overall business success. Furthermore, the job holder will assist to build and grow a stable base of banking products, working with the various stakeholders on planning, and designing, testing, and developing new and existing products, to ensure the Bank achieves its financial and strategic objectives.

Position 9: Manager – IT Project Quality Assurance Division
Qualification & Experience:
Msc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines plus a minimum of eight (8) years of experience; in technical project quality assurance, software testing and system audit with three (3) years in a Supervisory role preferably in the banking sector.
Strong hands-on/Technical Knowledge on recent software test and Quality Assurance tools,
Knowledge of the Project Management and Governance and Knowledge of Enterprise applications SIT and UAT test case Development and Management.
Experience in all QA cycle, such test plan creation, test case creation and execution and reporting are a must
Participating in process working groups
Understanding of software testing lifecycles, in either agile or Waterfall environments
Adapt with MS Office Suite
Job Summary:
The Jobholder is responsible for Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for ensuring technology infrastructure of the Bank to enable the Bank achieve growth, customer satisfaction and cost-effective service delivery for optimum returns. Specifically, the role will oversee IT systems, technical support, network architect and administration, database administration, data center operations, systems administration, and server and storage administration. Qualification & Experience:

Contract negotiation and drafting
Adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties
Job Summary:
The jobholder plans, organizes, directs, leads and coordinates the legal service activities of the Bank. Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for the management and analytics of the core banking and auxiliary applications of the Bank. This includes ensuring that the applications are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the business, as well as analyzing data generated by these applications to inform strategic decisions.
