Position 1: Branch Ii Manager
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required: MA/MBA degree in Business Management, Marketing & Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance or related field of study.
Work Experience: 4 years overall experience for MA/ MBA degree holder and seven (7) years overall experience for BA holders, out of which two (2) and three (3) years as a Branch I Manager in insurance company.
Skills and Attributes
Proven interpersonal communication and Leadership skills,
Fluency in Amharic & English both spoken & written,
Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply

Work Experience:Ten (10) years overall experience with over three (3) years in related Managerial position.
Skills and Attributes
Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English both spoken & written,
Executive disposition, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
Ability to develop long term integrated and cross functional operational plans.
Ability to operationalize strategy into action for the Function.
Ability to sell the vision, Business / Financial Acumen, Business Savvy& Innovative.
Operational Management skills.
