Position 1: General Technician
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical, Woodwork, Carpentry, or a related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Job Description / Required Skills:
- Perform general technical maintenance and repair works
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, carpentry, and related installations
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Position 2: Building Administrator Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Management or a related field
Work Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
Job Description / Required Skills:
- Administer and oversee company buildings and facilities
- Coordinate maintenance, utilities, and related services
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Educational Qualification:

Work Experience:
- 10 years of overall work experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial position
