They had a bumpy beginning when they were first building and selling the Ayat Real Estate villa houses in the Ayat area, with rumors of low quality building materials being spread.
Today, the Ayat villas which once sold for about 375,000 ETB are now being sold in excess of 20,000,000 ETB. Furthermore, in order to pass on the savings to its clients, Ayat Real Estate has bought and built factories for the purpose of producing the building materials they need, such as terrazzo tiles, concrete hollow blocks, marbles, prefabricated slabs, septic tanks, metal doors/windows, wooden doors/cabinets, and more.

Position 1: Salesperson (Sales)
Job Requirements
Required Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Sales Management/Management/Business Administration/Economics from a recognized university/college with 2 years of experience
Quantity: 100
Salary Birr 18,416.00
Transportation allowance Birr 1,000.00
Mobile allowance 463.00 Birr
Commission according to the distribution guidelines of the stock company
Position 2: Bus driver
Job Requirements
Required education level and work experience: 10th grade and above, public 2 or old 4th driver’s license, 4 years and above working in the same job
Quantity: 1
Position 3: Line pump driver
Job Requirements
Required education level and work experience: 10th grade and above, dry 1 and above driver’s license, 4 years and above worked on Isuzu or dump truck
Quantity: 14
Position 4: Trailer driver
Job Requirement
Required education and work experience: 8th grade and above, dry 3rd or old 5th driver’s license, 5 years and above in the same job
Quantity: 14
