Position 1: Outdoor Sales Person
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BSC Degree in Marketing. Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields from recognized University/ College & at least 2 (Two) Years of real estate sales experience.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Sales Representative
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BSC Degree in Marketing. Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields from recognized University/ College & at least 2 (Two) Years of real estate sales experience.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Video Production & Graphics Designer
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BSC Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields from recognized University/ College & at least 2 (Two) Years of proven Videography & Graphics designing experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastering of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Premiere Pro, After Effects (Motion Graphics) for Video & Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for Designing.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Social Media Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BSC Degree in Marketing. Journalism, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields from recognized University/ College & at least 2 (Two) Years of Videography & Graphics design with Deep understanding of algorithms and best practices for social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X(Twitter) and ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and platform-native insights (e.g., Meta Business Suite). He/she must have proven track record of increasing engagement rates or growing follower bases.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Sales Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BSC Degree in Marketing. Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields & at least 4 (Four) years of real estate sales experience in managerial position
