Position 1: – Senior Accountant
Job Description
- Correctly assess revenue in accordance with the relevant tariffs, and to secure its punctual collection.
- Supervise the finances staff and substitute finance manager whenever needed.
- To promptly bring to account, under the proper headings of the Budget and accounts, all monies collected.
- Report to the Finance Manager any apparent defect in the system of revenue collection or any apparent waste or extravagance in expenditure which comes to his/her notice.
- Controlling income and expenditure and general financial administration of the utility, ensuring that all revenues due to the utility are collected, and payments due by the utility including salaries and wages are duly made.
- Prepare various financial statements; balance sheet statement, income or profit or loss statement, cash flow statement and owner’s equity statement and ensures that they are assembled.
- Present every month, every quarter, every half year and at the end of every year Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash flow statement.
- Ensures that payments to the government are tracked and paid on time;
- Ensures that the bill entered the system is in order and correct.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial position.
- A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Peachtree, QuickBooks and other financial planning software.
- The ability to work independently.

Position 2: Junior Accountant
Responsibilities
- According to the instructions given by the immediate supervisor, performs according to rules and guidelines company’s accounting and finance recordings.
- Verifies the correctness of payment and sales documents prepared regularly.
- Check the accuracy of the payment document of the loading and unloading workers with the work.
- Consumption of printing and writing equipment, oil and grease and other items, records their respective expenditure headings in the prepared consumption register.
- Monitors pending accounts so that they are settled in a timely manner.
- Calculating the depreciation of fixed assets that are purchased periodically
- Prepare BANK RECONCILIATION.
- Check whether The JOURNAL REGISTER will be completed at the end of every month.
- Conducting monthly and annual inventory counting and reporting the results.
- Controlling the counting and registration of fixed Assets.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a BA in accounting, finance or relevant field.
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Peachtree, QuickBooks and other financial planning software

Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics.
- Train and mentor staff.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in call center management.
- English proficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Advanced customer service practices.
- Excellent decisions making skills.

Position 4: HR Manager
Job Description
- Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reforming them with the help of executives and staff.
- Supervising HR business partners.
- Creating training and development programs.
- Leading recruitment efforts and sitting in on interviews with potential candidates
- Keeping abreast of government regulations and public policies and accordingly amending company policies.
- Assisting with the organization of team building and staff development activities
- Brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity
Job Requirements
- Above 5 years’ experience as an HR manager
- Experience in a non-traditional HR system
- Familiarity with labor law
- Experience in recruiting overseas preferably western.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, people person.
