Educational Background and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software Engineering, information technology and related fields with 4years. &above work experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrable experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of quality processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in quality assurance tools, such as Jira, Selenium, or similar platforms.
Ability to develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure high software quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Position 2: Senior Business and Requirement Analyst

Educational Background and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on development experience in fintech, with a strong understanding of financial technologies and industry standards.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant fintech frameworks including react net, EXTJS, angular and other tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, payment processing, security protocols, and regulatory compliance within the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall technical architecture and design of fintech solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
