- Trained to Install, configure & troubleshoot Virtualization, Database, windows, Linux, and Red Hat Operating systems.
- Agile Methodology, DevOps, Project, and resource management skill
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
- System Integration, SQL, Data Analytics, SAAS, Cloud Computing
- Databases: MS-SQL, MySQL, DB2, Universal Database V8.1, Access, Lotus Notes, SAP, DPF

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to CEO and chief officers.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Maintains proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and files in appropriate manner to enable easy and quick tracing;
- Facilitates meeting schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the Chief Executives
- Officer, taking notes and preparing minutes;
- Welcomes visitors and directing them to the appropriate place or refer their cases to the concerned department as required
- Handles customers issue, screens and schedules for appointments and reminds the concerned body about customers’ appointment, meetings, and other engagements.
- Replies to telephone calls & amp; connect the calls to the appropriate staff; and responding to email, messages, and other correspondences;
- Receives incoming communication/memos and reviews contents, determines importance; and distributes to the concerned staff;
- Follows up & amp; ensures timely dispatch and receipts of all the company’s correspondences.
- Ensures the proper filing, up keeping and maintenance of internal and external correspondences, records and other documents of the company
- Handles all clerical works including printing, photocopy service, burring CDS, scanning, translation of documents & amp; distribution of stationeries etc.;
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To oversee all aspects of the organization’s accounting and ensure that the company complies with accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
- Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
- Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
- Prepare year-end, routine, ad hoc and special report analysis of financial standings as it relates to disbursement and collection of cash etc.
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization.
- Supervise and ensure the efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization
- Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
- Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.
- Monitor authorized account reconciliation process
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Maintain the fixed assets register and safeguard the organization’s fixed assets
- Monthly collection of bank statements and bank receipt slips
- Daily reconciliation of the cash registration machine
- Ensure cash books and petty cash are updated on a daily basis
- Prepare payroll, supervise employees attendances and punctuality and process leave requests.
- Administer employment agreements.
- supervise purchases including stationery, Fuel, and office supplies.
- Ensure suppliers (including utility bills) are paid on time
- Perform other related duties as required
