Blue Zone Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: – Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary:

 Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with other departments of the organization,   Content Creator contributes for the effective execution by producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about company’s product related topics and promoting our content on social media.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Promote companies’ products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
  • Research industry-related topics
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
  • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
  • Performing other Social Media Content Creator oriented responsibilities offered by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

A.  Qualification Requirements:

BA Degree in Marketing or related discipline and One  and above years of relevant experience.

B.  Skill, Attitude and Attributes:

  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Content creation skill considering different audience and communication channels
  • Having business acumen
  • Having the ability to present and write reports, findings or case studies to various types audiences.
  • Having the ability to work well with others in team environments.
  • Having Self-starter and proactive personality
  • Strategic guidance and planning skills.
  • Motivation for personal and professional development.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 2: – Senior Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

 Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with other departments of the organization,   the job holder contributes for the effective execution of organizational mission by developing and implementing robust marketing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Proactively engage and manage sales relationship, more over periodically revising service contract agreement ,
  • Assuring delivering of excellent customer service,
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions and complains as needed
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Develops strong relation with customers,
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  • Performing other marketing and sales oriented responsibilities offered by immediate supervisor

Number required: 4 (Four)

Job Requirements

  a.   Education:

    b. Experience:

Two and above years of relevant experience, work experience in marketing company is a   plus.
