Position: Office Secretory
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks and maintain schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports.
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies.
- Support management and staff with administrative duties.
Location: Addis Ababa
