Breakthrough Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior IBO Follow Up & Customer Service
Education: BA in Marketing Management/Business Management or other related fields.
Work Experience: 2 Years Related Experience
Responsibilities:
Participate in the study of clear IBOs Follow up and Control functions mission and strategies focused towards their performance improvement.
Participate in the study of study IBOs Follow up and Control procedures, policies and standards.
Assist the study of IBOs selection criteria and submit to Head, IBOs Follow up and Control Division.
Collect and keep accurate records and document of IBOs personal and performance data safety.
Assist Senior IBOs Follow -up and Control Officeron the Analysis of IBOs statistics and compile accurate reports.
Assist Senior IBOs Follow up and Control Officeron the study of the means of IBOs developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Participate in the preparation of budget of the division.
Performs other function as required.
Position 2: Information Desk Officer (Reception)
Qualification:
Diploma in Business Management/Personnel Management or other related fields.
Responsibilities:
Collect data from directorates and compile it properly.
Submit the compiled data to Head, General Service Division and get approval.
Provide proper information to customers at the desk or over the phone.
Supplies information to callers and take messages.
Checks and ensures that switchboard and circuits are in good working conditions.
Accommodates guests of the Company.
Prepares reports in related to job and submit to the supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned
