The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing payment processes efficiently.
Bright 7 housing Cooperatives would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Junior Accountant
Experience: Minimum of one year in Accounting
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Properly manage all documentation.
- Prepare and manage all letters by coordinating with committee members.
- Collect proformas and review them for accuracy and compliance.
- Audit and verify all construction-related expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collect membership fees and other incomes from association members.
- Organize and securely maintain payment and deposit-related documents.
- Provide regular financial reports on payment transactions to the association committees.
- Coordinate and facilitate payment-related processes with government offices and other stakeholders.
- And other related activities.
