Position 1: Senior Accountant
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing or tracking purchase order numbers
- Producing regular financial reports, such as budgets or cash flow forecasts
- Offering advice and suggestions to management that can improve the accounting processes and financial stability of the company
- Investigating accounting irregularities, mistake

- Facilitate the timely submission of financial documents at the close of monthly accounts
- Provide Check submission information to Team and Coordinate per diem and other workshop/training related payments and report to the finance manager

- Facilitate the mailing financial reports and financial documents
- Effect per diem payment and maintain proper documentation of such payments
- Facilitate payments to vendors and check the availability of supporting financial documenters.
- Follow up on time sheets held by the time keeper and submit for payroll processing
- Maintain petty cash fund and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment
- Liaise with the bank regarding all financial matters linked to program bank account in the
- Initiate payment and prepare check and submit to authorize person for signature
- Prepare tax reports like Payroll tax, Withholding tax, Pension and timely settlement of the above-mentioned taxes to Federal Tax Authority and regional Bureaus

Education & Qualification
- Ability to work with the team to establish and maintain financial files and ledgers
- Able to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records and information entrusted at all times
- Handle any other responsibilities as assigned through timely closing and business reporting
- Minimize/ Eliminate tax exposure in the company transactions and tax compliance processes.
- Degree in accounting, finance or business administration with minimum 4 year experience in accounting
- Sound Accounting knowledge in addition to Peachtree skill
- Good computer skills in MS-Office & QuickBooks accounting software with excellent spoken and written English
- Strong analytical ability, negotiation skill, ability to develop strong working relationship with problem solving aptitude having commercial and business awareness with good communicational skill both in writing and verbal.
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or business administration with minimum 4year experience in accounting

Role & Responsibilities
- Operates various items of light and/or heavy equipment as appropriate for routine site maintenance, removal, and/or repair activities

Role & Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical and electrical schematics, and other specifications to determine the repair method on failed components
- Replace or repair defective components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment

Position 6: Senior Architect
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, through consultation, client’s requirements, approximate budget, timetable, and possible needs for future expansion.
- Determines client’s preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other variables.
