Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I
Job Description:
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
- Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
One (1) year of Experience in banking operation as a Customer Service Officer

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-III
Job Description:
- Counter checks and process loan applications to establish accuracy of analysis and correctness of information provided by customer or the concerned branches.
- Provides back office services including account reconciliation, Posting, processing credit and international banking activities.
- Dispatches Branch returns to the Head Office, ensures that books of accounts are in agreement with their respective subsidiary and general ledger positions at Grade II branches, prepares financial reports, etc.
- Examines and tests the financials statements of applicant’s using various financial analysis techniques and determines the liquidity and profitability of applicant’s business.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
Four (4) years of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
