Position 1 – Senior Customer Service Officer for Adama Area Office.
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience: 5 years of experience in Banking operation as CSO -I, CSO-II, or related positions.
Job Description
Coordinates and supervises tellers working in the branch and overall cash duty of the branch.
Keeps dual control of vault,petty cash, and ATM machine.
Withdraws cash and ensures that adequate cash is at hand to meet daily requirements.
Receives cash from tellers at the end of the day’s operation after confirming that the cash surrendered agrees with blotter total an the debit and credit total of the daily journal.
Balances, closes and counter signs the cash book with an authorized official.
