Position 1: – Customer Service Officer-II for Ginager & Rasa Branch’s.
Job Description
- Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Maintain proper Records and Files
- Effects periodical payments on time.
- Prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.
Job Requirements
Required Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
Three (3) years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office

Position 2: Customer Service Manager-I for Debre Berhan Branch.
Job Description
- Plan organizes direct and controls through subordinate supervisor, the banking activities of assigned branch.
- Prepares and submits for approval annual budget and annual work plan and implements.
- Receives and processes loan applicants, approves or declines loans to customer of the branch with limits laid down by the head office
- Rectifies discrepancies and comments reported by auditors and inspectors.
- Prepares and submits periodic activity and progress report.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
Six (6) years relevant experience of which 2 years in supervisory level.
Workplace: Debre Brehan Area Office
