Bunna Bank SC invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I
Job Description
- Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
- Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments.
- Handles international money transfers like a Western Union.
- Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system properly.
Job Requirements
Required Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance. Management, Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
One (1) year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
Workplace: Jimma Area

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-II
Job Description:
- Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Maintain proper Records and Files
- Effects periodical payments on time.
- Prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.
Job Requirements
Required Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Work Experience:
Three (3) years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office
Workplace: Bonga Area
