Position 1: – Chief Operating Officer
JOB SUMMERY
Job Summery of CEO is lead our organization in its mission to provide support and assistance to destitute and abandoned individuals. As the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the support service is provided as per standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of our mission and goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the charity, including program management, resource mobilization, project management, membership management, financial management, and staff supervision.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, members’ individuals and organizations and community partners.
Lead fundraising efforts to secure financial resources for the organization’s programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as ethical standards in all aspects of the organization’s operations.
Represent the charity in public forums, conferences, and media engagements to raise awareness and advocate for the rights of destitute and abandoned individuals
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
BA degree in Social work or Management or related fields and Proven 14 years of experience in a leadership role within the non-profit sector, preferably in a similar organization focused on social welfare.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by destitute and abandoned individuals and a commitment to addressing their needs.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in fundraising and volunteers, members management.
Position 2: – CEO Advisor
Job Summery
Job Summery of CEO Advisor: provide guidance and support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in leading the organization’s mission of providing support and assistance to destitute and abandoned individuals.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO on organizational development, growth strategies, fund raising, membership management and operational efficiency.
Involve conducting research and analysis on issues related to destitute elders, homelessness, and social welfare programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects aimed at improving the lives of the destitute elders and homeless individuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and find effective solutions to address the challenges faced by this marginalized population.
Support the CEO in stakeholder engagement, including building relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and potential members donors.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for the CEO and board of directors, highlighting the impact of our programs and suggesting areas for improvement.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field social work, management, public administration.
10 years Proven experience in a similar advisory or consulting role, preferably in the nonprofit sector or social services.
Strong knowledge of issues related to destitute elders, homelessness, poverty alleviation, and social welfare programs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and advocate for the needs of the destitute elders and homeless individuals.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the most vulnerable members of our community
