Position 1: Sales Support Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work under the sales manager for assisting the Sales Manager for his/her duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that the number, composition, and capacity of the sales staff assigned to each sales office is sufficient to achieve the sales plan at all branches;
- Assist sales teams in planning, evaluating performance and developing future action plans and corrective actions;
- Ensuring that each sales consultant or team or field sales staff has sufficient resources to do their job properly;
- Ensures that all branches have sufficient human resources;
- Monitor, control and ensure that each sales consultant is providing the data that is filled in the CRM system in the required number, format and the data that must be completed in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Monitor the proper use of digital marketing, billboards, exhibitions, TV, radio, newspaper and other leads from company’s marketing activities, prepare analyses, audit practices;
- Follow up the payment status of the customers;
- Communicates with customers in the sales process;
CAREER LEVEL: 2+ years’ experience
Education & Experience
BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field preferred
2+ years’ experience in real estate sales.
Skills:
- Focused on customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

Position 2: – Senior Real Estate Sales Representative
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving property sales goals within set deadlines;
- Promote and sell the services of our company in an ethical manner;
- Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares;
- Actively participate in team tasks given by the immediate boss and achieve goals;
- Develop new sales strategies and plan and conduct daily, weekly and monthly site visits;
- Draw up long-term and short-term sales plans for projects that need urgent and attention, examine and evaluate the sales and report the results;
- Act according to the action plan and achieve the action plan;
- Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships;
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability and report to immediate superior if beyond capacity;
- Identifying customer behavior, researching, analyzing competitor product offerings and services, and highlighting and displaying apartment or commercial store conditions that may be suitable for customer preferences;
- Providing necessary follow-up and support to customers who have bought a house in the post-sale relationship;
CAREER LEVEL: 2+ years’ experience
Education & Experience
- BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field preferred
- 2 or more years’ experience in real estate sales & out of which 6 month.

Position 3: – Junior Telemarketing
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Chase deals with fervor until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer.
- Invite prospects to office and assign sales staffs.
CAREER LEVEL: 1+ year experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management,
- 1+ year experience in Telemarketing or customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role,
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone,
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints,
- Persistent and results-oriented,
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection,
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented,
- Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Position 4: – Marketing Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
- Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
- Collaborates in the development of new products.
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned..
CAREER LEVEL: 6+ years’ experience
Education & Experience
- BA Degree or above in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, Accounting, Economics and related fields.
- 6 years or above working experience as a sales professional for a BA degree 6 years or above working experience as a sales professional, out of which 2 years as sales supervisor or for masters degree 4 years or above working experience as a sales professional out of which 2 years as sales supervisor.
Skills:
- Experience in the real estate sector is a must.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Superior computer skills.

Position 5: Senior Asset Valuation Officer
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document valuation requests as they are submitted, and transmit completed valuations to the originating officer in a timely manner.
Select and coordinate third-party real estate evaluations through appropriate vendors for subject property type.
Coordinates internal appraisals/evaluations on real estate properties to accurately estimate the market value for financing purposes.
Fully evaluate and document evaluations in standard bank format in describing the real estate
collateral, its condition, its current and projected use; describing the source(s) of information used in the analysis; describing the analysis and supporting information; and providing an estimate of the real estate’s market value, with any limiting conditions.
Ensure the integrity of the evaluation request through validation of the legal description and ownership interest.
Performs quality control checks on vendors and approved appraisers.
Meet all service level standards
Monitor asset performance and recommend corrective measures
Review policies and make recommendations for potential adjustments
Research relevant markets and identify trends and patterns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Education & Experience
BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture 2 years or above working
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Asset Valuation or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
- Strong financial background with experience in financial modeling
- Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
