Position 1: Real Estate Sales Supervisor

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Receive and report on all sales leads.
  • Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
  • Supervise sales branch and projects.
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Work with sales team when closing sales.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals.
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.

Education & Experience:

BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field preferre.

 5+ years’ experience in sales & out of which 6 month & above as sales supervisor.

Skills:

  • Focused on customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and experience

Position 2: – Senior Real Estate Sales Representative

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieving property sales goals within set deadlines;
  • Promote and sell the services of our company in an ethical manner;
  • Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares;
  • Actively participate in team tasks given by the immediate boss and achieve goals;
  • Develop new sales strategies and plan and conduct daily, weekly and monthly site visits;
  • Draw up long-term and short-term sales plans for projects that need urgent and attention, examine and evaluate the sales and report the results;
  • Act according to the action plan and achieve the action plan;
  • Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships;
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability and report to immediate superior if beyond capacity;
  • Identifying customer behavior, researching, analyzing competitor product offerings and services, and highlighting and displaying apartment or commercial store conditions that may be suitable for customer preferences;
  • Providing necessary follow-up and support to customers who have bought a house in the post-sale relationship.

Education & Experience

  • BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
  • 2 or more years experience in real estate sales & out of which 6 month.

Position 3: – Senior Marketing officer

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns
  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
  • Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
  • Collaborates in the development of new products.
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

BA Degree or above in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, Accounting, Economics and related fields.

3 years or above working experience as a sales professional for a BA degree 3 years or above working experience as a sales professional, out of which 2 years as sales supervisor or for master’s degree 2 years or above working experience as a sales professional out of which 2 years as sales supervisor.

Skills:

  • Experience in the real estate sector is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Superior computer skills.

Position 4: – Outdoor Real Estate Sales

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect new clients and generate leads through survey
  • Meet with potential clients in various outdoor settings to present products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Actively promote and sell products and services to potential and existing clients
  • Attend trade shows and other outdoor events to generate leads and promote company products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards goals.

Career Level: 0 -6 months experiences

Education & Experience

 Proven experience as an outdoor sales representative or similar role2 or more years’ experience in real estate sales & out of which 6 month.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
