Position 1: Electro-Mechanical Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design of Power supply and control system;
- Preparation of bid proposals for services and supply of products;
- Coordination of electromechanical construction supervision projects;
- Organize regular customer’s visit and compile report;
- Maintain database of Contracts, follow up progress and send timely reports / feedback to customers and suppliers.
- Input on Planning and scheduling construction work;
- Assisting in preparation of construction documents;
- Reviewing construction documents and drawings
- Resolving Electro-mechanical issues and Professional concerns;
- Preparing Project schedule as assigned;
- Providing Guidance and Direction to Team members;
- Assist in Preparation to Execute Contract;
- Assist in Contracts Management & Administration and Performance Monitoring:
- Carry out adequate contract appreciation and verify that contractual terms are followed;
- Recognize risks and devise risk-mitigation strategies within each Contract;
- Prepare letters, have them authorized by the Technical Project Coordinator or Resident Engineers, and send them to the client, Contractors, and other parties;
- Follow up on the good working condition of all project vehicles and generators and coordinate all maintenance activities for all vehicles owned, rented or provided for b Clients to different project;
- Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and coordinator.

Position 2: Building Structural Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform Building Structural Design Analysis andPrepare Design Drawings;
- Prepare Structural Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation;
- Perform all Structural Engineering Inspection works for all assignedConstruction and Installation of Building Structures;
- Input on Planning and scheduling construction work;
- Assisting in preparation of construction documents;
- Reviewing construction documents and drawings

Position 3: Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare Architectural Designs of Buildings, Landscapes, Interiors, Products and other related;
- Prepare drafts of different designs, design details, working drawings and as-built design drawings using Revit/ Archicad/ AutoCAD;
- Prepare 3D models using Revit/Archicad/ Sketchup;
- Prepare 3D visuals using Revit/Lumion or any convenient rendering software;
- Prepare professional proposals and design presentations usingPower Point and Photoshop / Illustrator;
- Prepare daily progress report with attached progress file to the supervisor;
- Attend site visits and take all the necessary dimensions and measurements;
- Software skillsRequired include : Sketchup, ArchiCad, Photoshop, Autocad, Revit, Illustrator, Lumion;
- Prepare letters, have them authorized by the Technical Project Coordinator or Resident Engineers, and send them to the client, Contractors, and other parties.

- Closely work with the the Finance Department Head to ensure proper filling of all documents at Ministry of Labor and Skills of Ethiopia for all Expatriate workers working under our different projects;
- Closely work with the the Finance Department Head to ensure proper filling of all documents at FDRE, Immigration and Citizenship Servicefor all Expatriate workers working under our different projects;

Position 7: Senior Accountant Contract Division
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Closely work with the the Contract Departmentto Execute Contract and ensure all Reimbursable payment Receipts are collected and properly filed and posted,
- Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations;
- Preparation of daily/Weekly cash collections, payments and balances report;
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines;
- Ensure all vital information needed by the Tender Department is available including Audit Reports, Income Statements, Payrol and Slips;
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned;
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings;
- Responsible for complete adherence of all the relevant policies in a compliant manner;
- Assist with other accounting projects and Undertakes other duties as directed.
