East Africa Bottling Share Company – Coca Cola would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Inventory Controller

The position is structured to report to the Stock Team Leader and the incumbent is responsible to effectively execute the activities within the warehouse function to ensure shipments incoming and outgoing as well as production are issued & received effectively in order to achieve optimal warehouse logistical effectiveness and productivity. It also drive process improvement implementation and provide support to warehouse operations to ensure standardization and operational effectiveness

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock deviations are recorded accurately while utilizing the standardized format such that resolution is possible by the stock management function.
  • Execute production issues and receipts on SAP on time and accurately.
  • Ensure high product quality by executing and controlling an effective rework function, adhering to the company guidelines in terms of stock rotation and First Expiry, First Out, principles.
  • Coordinate that documents are submitted by drivers within the defined standards and that all documents are controlled accordingly for reconciliation and record keeping purposes.

Job Requirements:

First Degree in Accounting, Procurement & supplies Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 (two) years relevant work experience.

Position 2: Settlement Team Leader

Job Description:

An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company for the role of Settlement Team Leader. We works with the world’s most cherished trade mark; invests in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employ people who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

The position is structured to report to the Unit Leader: Stock and the Incumbent is responsible to manage all settlement activities. The role holder also manage the Settlement Clerks and supervise in terms of their performance and capability development to ensure the successful operation of the Settlement function.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Settlement and cash handling.
  • Driver delivery reconciliations.
  • Customer Service.
  • People Management.

Job Requirements:

First Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management/Management/Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
