Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of recruitment experience across diverse roles and organizational levels.
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
- Psychometric and competency assessment tools and processes knowledge.
- Technical process expertise.
- Competency Based interviewing skills.
- Ability to leverages sourcing technology i.e. e-recruitment, job boards, LinkedIn.
- A high level of computer literacy (MS Office and Outlook).
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to coach and network.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem solving skills.
- Strong and well developed communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Is results driven and has the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Shows excellent levels of professionalism.
