Position 1: Legal Affairs Officer
Pre-emptive and pro-active legal counseling
- Builds strong, respectful relationships, based on integrity, with all designated stakeholders
- Provide legal advice to business leaders
- Identify potential areas involving legal risk and take pro-active measures
- Manages interactions with 3rd party contractors, including Attorneys, to provide specialist advice and support, in particular as it relates to Court matters.
- Analyze and interprate Legal issues, identifies core problems, and develop solution options;
- Reprsent the company in Judicial and quasi-judicial organs;
- Prepares statement of claims, defenses, petitions, appeals and other written memoranda concerning legal disputes;
Contract Management
Collects, records and analyzes data necessary for the preparation of contracts, negotiations, pleadings and defenses;
Draft and revise contractual agreements concerning the company;
Function Support
Participate in disciplinary hearings and provide legal opinion
Participate in the investigation and taking appropriate legal actions to rectify theft, and other criminal offenses;
Assist in managing the company’s regulatory affairs
Job Requirements:
First Degree in Law (LL.B) with a minimum of 3 years experience on corporate legal matters such as tax, company law, labour law and industrial relations with hands of experience on court practices and representations

Position 2: Women Managment Trainee
Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa has taken women development as a strategic initiative with the unwavering believe that companies which embrace inclusivity are rewarded for this in productivity and success. As subsidiary of CCBA, East Africa Bottling SC has a goal of ensuring women to represent on leadership roles and it has designed various women development programs to support them achieve their career aspiration, become the best version of themselves and further make them fit for leadership roles.
In line with this, we are excited to invite qualified and interested women candidates for one of the programs, Women Management Trainee Program-WMTP, intended to develop high potential and courageous women towards leadership roles by providing them with the right skill set, mindset and leadership competencies.
The learning is designed to be experiential with full application of 70:20:10 Learning methods and take 12-18 Months through different learning approaches such as Job rotation, coaching and mentoring, classroom trainings, shadowing and exposure, e-learning, Peer learning and reflection, Business improvement projects and others to equip candidates with the required knowledge, skill, and attitude.
Where candidates in this program will be under management category and enjoy the entitlement thereof.
Job Requirements
BSC degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years experience with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in FMCG or Manufacturing environment with exposure to leadership Responsibilities.
BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years logistics or related experience in FMCG or Manufacturing environment with exposure to leadership Responsibilities.
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing Management, with at least 5 years Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Public affairs and Communication or related experience in Manufacturing or FMCG environment with exposure to leadership Responsibilities.
