Commercial Nominees was established by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank in 1965. At that time, it provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration & organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission work.
Position 1: Junior Security Service Officer
Minimum Requirement:
- B.A Degree in policing, Economics or Management or Accounting or Military Science or other related fields
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in the Plan preparation for timely supply of security guards to customer organizations as specified in the respective contractual agreements;
- Carries out assessment on supply of Security guards and communicates inputs to immediate supervisor;
- Participate in the preparation of patrol programs of security supervisors for patrol operation in Addis Ababa;
- In consultation with branch offices, collects and summarizes logistical supply needed for security officers, communicates the same to concerned work units and follows up dispatch of materials to requesting branches;
- Collects reports on security guards from branch offices and compiles the same. Summarizes information and avails the same to immediate supervisor and authorized personnel;
- Prepares periodic reports on available work force, and necessary information of security guards. Reports the same to the immediate supervisor and governmental regulatory offices in accordance with the established reporting time as needed;
- Register, follow up and update the leave record of security personnel’s
- Carries out studies and submits reports to maintaining harmonious industrial relation among security staff, the company and the client;
- Ensures all activities function within the objective to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations;
- Utilizes resource in areas of responsibilities as provided in annual work plan and budget within authorized limits;
- Assist in Identifying the training needs of security personnel and follows up the implementation of appropriate trainings and human resource development programs
- Prepares and submits periodic performance reports to immediate supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource Officer
Minimum Requirement:
B.A Degree in HRM or Management or Accounting or other business related fields with 2 years related work experience of which 1 year at Job Grade 6.
Competency:
- Basic knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of the labor law
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Basic computer application skills

Position 3: Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field with 2 years and above experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Social media management, paid social media ads and SEO.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Define campaign goals, develop targeting criteria, and manage strategies for maximum ROI.
- Create and test ad variations to drive high engagement and conversions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and CTR.
- Lead and implement on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to increase website traffic.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns for newsletters, and service promotions.
- Create segmented lists and automation flows using tools like HubSpot/ Mailchimp.
- A/B test subject lines, layout, and content to boost open rate and CTR.
- Track email metrics and align content with CN’s brand voice and user journey stages.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to improve ranking and visibility.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance website structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations for campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion funnels.
- Integrate campaign landing pages with CRM tools for lead capture and nurturing workflows.
- Stay up to date with evolving digital marketing tools, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
