By utilizing our Industry Knowledge, real-world experience and team of dedicated professional, we create innovative, customized solutions to help our Clients get to the next level of performance and success.

Our Major Area of Services are: Construction & Business Management Consultancy & Training, System Development, Software Training, Testing Center for Professional Certifications.

We would like to invite competent and qualified candidates to apply for IT Project Manager/Coordinator Position for Mass Enrollment.
Scope of the Work:

Coordinate Sales, Marketing & Advertisement Initiatives.
Developing suitable marketing material, prepare Marketing Strategy and Sales Proposals.
Manage the Company’s social media and Website.
Utilizing Social Media Platform and create brand awareness
Assist preparation of Proposals

Position 2: Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Answering telephone calls
Organize and make arrangements for meeting and appointments
Prepare correspondences & emails and File in a proper manner
Receive and send documents
Assist the Office Staff and Project Team
Carryout photocopy, binding and scanning of documents

Scope of the Work:

Resolving complaints and requests from building tenants
Review requests for repair and maintenance or alteration of facilities
Assist Finance Department by following up collection of rent payment
Assist preparation of Rent Contract
Assist preparation of Employment Contract (Permanent & Project Staff)
Maintain Employee Record (in soft and hard copy)
Payroll Preparation by using relevant data (absences, bonus & leaves)

Addis Ababa

Salary:
Negotiable

Job Requirements:
Qualification:
MA/BA in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration
Work Experience:
2-4 Years Related Experience
