Position 1: Video Editor and Animator
Duty Station: Head Office.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA, Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Film Studies, Cinematography, Motion Graphics, 3D/graphic Design, Fine Art Computer Science, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields of motion graphics;
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years Motion Graphics/Animation experience.
- Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory
- Required Competency
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through motion graphics;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other (mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro After Effect, Avid Media, Composer, Light works, Final Cut, Maya, 3ds Max, Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D);
- Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques;
- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues;
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches;
- Creative mind and storytelling with motion graphics skills;

- Main Roles and responsibilities
- Reading scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements;
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on requirement and discussion with internal stakeholders;
- Developing storyboards for the initial stages of production;
- Create short motion graphics to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events;
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events;
- Edit Videos shot for Television, Documentaries and Social media channels
- Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction;
- Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing animated videos and graphics files;
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic/ as per the branding guideline of the bank;
- Work with copywriters and branding team to produce the final motion graphics;
- Test final animated visuals/motion graphics across various media;
- Amend motion graphics after feedback;
- Ensure synchronization of frames and audio;
- Create animated visuals/ motion graphics for Television, Documentaries and Social media channels;
- Ensure final motion graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
- Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Provide technical support for design- and animation -related efforts;
- Other duties as assigned.

Position 2: Graphic Designer
Duty Station: Head Office.
Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related professional experience

Position 3: Branch Manager II
Duty Station:
Ginchi Branch (Under West Finfinne District)
Saris Branch (Under East Finfinne District)

Requirements:
- Educational Background; BA, Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields
- Experience: Minimum of Seven years relevant Banking experience from which two years on Supervisory level
- Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory
- Main Roles and responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sources of business, to acquire and recruit new potential customers and develop strong relationships, to optimize the utilization of all products and services of the bank
- Retain existing customers by developing and maintaining fruitful relationship with the current customers
- Resolve customer issues i.e. investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding service.
- Ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Guide branch customer service initiatives as per the established service standards of the bank
- Engage branch staffs to reinforces customer relation and promotes the service culture
- Support branch staffs on developing, managing and growing customer relationships,

- Keeps dual control of petty cash and vault key as needed
- Documents and interprets complicated financial information for bank clients
- Oversees financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to branch finance
