Position 1: – Plant Manager
🧠 Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead the operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, safety, and quality assurance, ensuring that the plant runs efficiently and meets organizational goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing activities to meet production targets and customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align plant goals with company objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities
- Drive lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives
💼 Work Environment
- On-site leadership role in a fast-paced industrial setting
- May require occasional travel to other facilities or corporate offices
- Hands-on involvement in production and maintenance activities
