Position 1: – Sales Agronomist
Duties and responsibilities:
- Understand Company Products and Customer needs, initiate Sales based contacts, understand customer needs and present applicable products and services.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, focusing on the benefit of early orders.
- Increase customer base by identifying potential customer’s year over year.
- Grow volume of sales with existing and new customers.
- Provide after sales services to customers (retail business, farmers and stockists).
- Develop subject matter expertise on assigned products.
- Report on sales to plan and current pipeline.

Position 2: Crop Protection Expert
Duties and responsibilities:
- To implement chemical crop protection activities for the farm
- To plan weekly spray program for all crops in consultation with the farm manager.
- To ensure the spray equipment is in a serviceable state at all times and follow up on any repairs that may be needed.
- Ensure sterilization of irrigation water as per the protocols to achieve the set standards.
- Supports the production team on matters regarding water management to achieve a healthy crop throughout the growing cycle.
- Ensures all irrigation and climate related data is collected, tabulated and presented on time for analysis and decision making.
- Ensures all equipment and structures are serviced regularly, calibrated and records kept accordingly.
- Ability to plan for sprays for different crop growth stages and generate a weekly spray plan.
- Inspect crops, field, or plant stock to determine conditions and need for cultivating, spraying , weeding, or harvesting
- Keeping up to date with new trends and products for crop protection
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by the farm manager.

Position 3: Fish and Poultry Production Expert
Duties and responsibilities:
Fish production
- monitor the health of the fish and treat them when appropriate
- plan breeding programmes and grow schedules to obtain maximum efficiency
- adhere to environmental standards
- calculate the feeding regime
- understand legislation and how to implement this into practical application
- ensure the water supply is of a sufficient quality for the stock
- be aware of different water management techniques
- adapt to new technologies as they develop and learn practical skills
- pay close attention to detail, in order to avoid expensive fish losses in what can be a high-risk industry
- possess stock skills such as fish handling, spawning, grading and harvesting
- update knowledge of fish health and nutrition
- maintain records of stocks
Poultry production
- Evaluating the condition of chickens to ensure that they are healthy and comfortable
- Feeding chickens with specialized diets designed to promote growth or prevent disease
- Culling chickens from the flock if they are injured or become ill
- Maintaining chicken coops, pens, and other housing facilities in good repair
- Observing the behaviour of chickens to detect changes in activity level or feather condition
- Cleaning and maintaining poultry farm equipment and facilities
- Raising chickens for meat and eggs through breeding and hatching chicks
- Keeping records of feed consumption, egg production, and health conditions of poultry
- Inspecting chickens for signs of disease or infestation by parasites
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by the farm manager

Position 4: Agronomist
Duties and responsibilities:
- Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems for clients.
- Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage.
- Visiting fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples.
- Testing samples for nutritional deficiencies, diseases, or other changes.
- Assisting with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection.
- Keeping detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples.
- Generating reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties.
- Conducting training on products and techniques through educational presentations.
- Developing planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by the farm manager.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Manage the farm financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Assisting the Farm Manger on a daily basis
- Assists in controlling costs
- Makes recommendations for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- providing and interpreting financial information
- monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
- developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
- conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- managing budgets
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by the farm manager
