Position 1: Junior Cyber Security Administration Officer
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Junior Cyber Security Administration Officer is responsible for assisting in the management and implementation of cyber security across the Bank’s systems by the national cyber security strategy and industry standards and ensuring proper use of the Bank’s systems and privileges granted to employees. In addition, the role holder is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s compliance, business continuity, fraud investigation, and cyber security awareness.

Position 2: Database Administrator
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
Database Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the performance, integrity and security of the bank’s databases. In addition, the role holder is also responsible for compliance with data protection policy and providing technical support for the Bank’s business and banking applications.

Position 3: Cyber Security Administration Officer
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Cyber Security Administration Officer is responsible for managing and implementing cyber security across the Bank’s systems by the national cyber security strategy and industry standards and ensuring proper use of the Bank’s systems and privileges granted to employees. In addition, the role holder is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s compliance, business continuity, fraud investigation, and cyber security awareness.

Position 4: Senior Cyber Security Administration Officer
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Professional ICT qualifications such CISSP, SANS is an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
Senior Cyber Security Administration Officer is responsible for managing and implementing cyber security across the Bank’s systems by the national cyber security strategy and industry standards and ensuring proper use of the Bank’s systems and privileges granted to employees. In addition, the role holder is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s compliance, business continuity, fraud investigation, and cyber security awareness.

Position 5: Senior Data Analytics Officer
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Professional ICT qualifications such as OCA.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
Senior Data Analytics Officer is responsible for providing support in data integration work, maintaining data warehouse, analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis. In addition, the role holder is also responsible in engaging on mining, analyzing and integrating data from a variety of sources to avail high quality data pipeline.

Position 6: Customer Service Manager
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration
Experience:
Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience
The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels, supporting the Bank’s growth.

Position 7: Branch Manager I
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post.
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
