Position 1: Planning & Programming Expert
Job Summary:-
Planning & Programming Expert is Responsible for all company plan and responsible for the attached key performance areas:-.
Key performance Areas ፡-
- Prepare over all company plan and programme with top management ,
- Serve as a resource person on company planning guidelines and standards..
- Oversee results-based planning and reporting.
- Monitor implementation of activities, including through an active programme of regular work.
- Reviews, audits and evaluations of company plan with top management
- Monitor capacity development efforts in terms of institutional performance.
- Produce accurate, quality, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
- Closely work with all team to ensure narrative reports are complete with financial.
- Information.
- Keep reporting requirements, guidelines, and resources up to date and ensure they are understood by all staffs.
- Maintain and update the program database.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as determined by the top management.
Work Unit: Administration &Finance Directorate, Human Resource
Reports to: – Administration &Finance Directorate, Human Resource
Terms of employment: – Permanent but has probation period

Qualification Requirements:
MA/BA degree with Accounting, Management, business management or related fields.
3 years for MA, 5Years for BA related work experience,

Position 2: General Service Officer
Job Summary:
General Service Officer is Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of general service tasks in the department and making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. .
Key performance Areas ፡
- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the general service tasks
- Assigns to work and monitors work of messengers, cleaners, gardener, drivers,(car &Motorcycle)
- Controlling all registered company’s vehicles (fuel, Kilo meter, oil, maintenance service, insurance case, annual inspection etc.)
- Supervises cleaners in the cleaning of offices and other premises;
- Supervises gardening, compound cleaning as well as the maintenance and keeping inventory of long-term assets;
- Provides working clothes and protective equipment to entitled workers;
- Ensure timely procurement of janitorial supplies, office supplies, uniforms and overalls for entitled employees and general service tools and accessories;
- Plans, supervises and coordinates the timely maintenance and repair of buildings, water and heat systems, toilets, sewerage pipes, and office equipment such as computer, printers, scanner, fax machines, photocopiers, furniture and other facilities;
- Requests cleaning supplies and issues same to cleaners;
- Follow light bulbs and fuses are working;
- Settles bills of electricity, water, telephone services and internet etc.. in due course;
- Supervises the cleaning of office furniture, toilets and fixtures and replenishes necessary supplies;
- Maintains simple records and prepares required reports relating to the supply and utilization of cleaning materials, all vehicles and motors service time,3rd part insurance, bolo and related issues equipment and work performed;
- Ensures that adequate number of guards are assigned on a shift basis that the guards are effectively providing security services to the company;
- Conducts performance appraisal on subordinate staff;
Work Unit: Human Resources, and Administration &Finance Directorate Administration
Reports to: Human Resource Manager
Terms of employment: – Permanent but has probation period

Qualification Requirements:
- College diploma/TVET level IV/V in Management, business management or related fields.
- 5 years related work experience,
