Deborah Foundation would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Assistant Teacher
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social science or any related field with 0-year experience
- Specialization in Special needs Education would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of current educational and instructional methodologies and techniques
- Priority given for females
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Communication and market fluency
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in Planning and organizing
- Have a good Problem-solving skills
- Patience and stress tolerance
- Adaptability and flexibility
- An ability to build good working relationships with other staff
- Patience and a sense of humor
Essential
- Deep understanding of the job.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Dedication.
Number of Positions
- The school is seeking to hire 2 Assistant Teachers to support the kindergarten, elementary, life skills, and vocational programs.
Salary: Gross salary ETB 7,500.00
Location: Deborah Foundation, Head Office, Bole behind Sur construction
