Master’s Degree in Drafting Technology or Level 4/3 Certificate from Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institute
Having at least 6/8/10 years of relevant work experience in building drafting, having PEI/AE III (professional engineer) Associate Engineer III) professional qualification certificate from the relevant office and having COC for technical and vocational education and training / she has

Position 2: Contract Engineer
Relevant Education Level:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management
8/6 years of experience in engineering and two (2) years of experience as a contract engineer
PE (Professional Engineer) with engineering license from the concerned government office, basic computer knowledge, Auto CAD RP, MS Project
Job Location: Addis Ababa (for project)
Position 3: Lead Structural Engineer
Relevant Education Level:
2nd or 1st degree in Civil Engineering
With at least 4/6 years of relevant work experience in building design and PSTE (Professional Structural Engineer) qualification certificate from the relevant office.
Job Location: Addis Ababa Head Office
Position 4: Lead Quantity Surveyor
Relevant Education Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management
Having worked in building design and having relevant work experience of 6 years or more and having PE I (Professional Engineer) qualification certificate from the relevant office.
Place of work: Addis Ababa Head office
Position 5: Lead Electrical Engineer
Relevant Education Level:
2nd or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Lat
With at least 4/6 years of relevant work experience in building design and PELE (Professional Electrical Engineer) qualification certificate from the relevant office.
Place of work: Addis Ababa head office
Position 6: Lead Sanitary Engineer
Relevant Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Water Supply and Environmental Engineering or Irrigation Engineering or Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 4/6 years of relevant experience in building design and PSNE (professional sanitary engineer) qualification certificate from the relevant office.

Position 7: Lead Architectural Engineer
Relevant Education Level:
2nd/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architecture and Urban Planning or equivalent field of study.
Having at least 4/6 years of relevant work experience in building design and having a (PAR) (Professional Architect) qualification certificate from the relevant office.

Position 8: Project Supervising Engineer Head
Relevant Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management/Lat
12/10 years working in a building project for a degree/master’s degree and of which six (6) years or more working experience as a Project Supervising Engineer (RE) in a building construction project and with a PP (Practicing Engineer) certification / she has
Basic computer knowledge Auto CAD and MS-Project
