Position 1: PMEL Officer
Job description
Work to Support leadership, oversight, and coordination for the PMEL unit.
Plan assessment and Research activities of DEC programs and projects with a clear methodology that supports the efficient implementation and achievement of goals.
Preparing and timely submitting all project-related reports and documents.
Facilitates regular meetings with PMEL contacts;
Support to manage PMEL workspace.
Design surveys and other data collection tools to gather data internally.
Support Program teams to provide timely and quality reporting to inform the management team

Job Requirements
Qualification and experience
MA in Social Science, Economics, Agro economics or a related field with equivalent of minimum 4(four) years experience of experience in a similar position
Qualified Female applicants Who fulfil the requirement appreciated.
Technical and other Skills
Good Experience on PME L Skills;
Good communication skill in team works and team mobilizations and partnership management;
Experience on facilitating research, assessments, best practice capturing and working with communities
Good report writings, use of technology application skills
Position 2: Project Officer
Job Description
Plan, organize and implement events including workshops, awareness-raising campaigns, and experience-sharing opportunities;
Develops concept notes and/or fundable project proposals;
Identifies funding sources, potential project/program partners and other stakeholders;
Ensure DEC safeguarding policies are implemented at all levels in its project site;
Institutionalize and mainstream inclusion and gender equality;
Facilitating technical training and workshops related to project;
Designing strategy to reach youths and girls in the society;
Assure weather the project is well-Organized and runs smoothly;
Develop quality and timely report;
Organize and facilitate field visit and work with communities
Duty station: Addis Ababa Coordination office
Required Number: Project officer /2/
Qualification and Experience
Work Experience:
At least 3 years direct CSO work experience
Technical and other Skills
MSc/MA in Public Administration, Social Science, Economics, and other related fields.
Ability to work with Humanitarian Response activeietetes and IDPs at their preferred time including out-of-working hours.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both local and English languages.
Willing to work in the harsh area including on the weekend and evening
