Position 1: Environmental Protection Officer
Job Summary
The Environmental Protection Officer is responsible for administering the Department of Environment and Conservation’s environmental protection mandate. Work involves interpretation, implementation and enforcement of environmental legislation, regulations, polices and operational procedures
Job Requirements
Responsibility and skills
- Ensures compliance with the Regulations and Guidance Documents under the Province’s
- Environmental Protection Act by performing annual or semi-annual inspections.
- Investigates and initiates action involving environmental complaints from all external sources.
- Prepares daily and monthly reports for management review.
- Responds to enquiries from the public on environmentally related issues.
- Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science, Biology or Chemistry) or Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science.
Minimum of 1 year experience
Work Place: Sendafa oromia region
Position 2: Warehouse Manager
Job Requirements
- develop and implement policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure that all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality system
- managing of basic warehouse operations; such as receiving of materials based on purchase requisitions, proper storage of all received materials, reporting GRN to user and supply chain department and issuance of materials when needed
- Properly plan and monitor the storage of any hazardous and other materials are in accordance with requirements.
- Monitor the labeling and coding of every commodity in the warehouse to minimize searching time
- Monitoring that proper stock levels are maintained and any materials at reorder points are initiated for purchasing by discussing with planning and user department.
Skills: BA or MA degree in logistics and supply chain management, or business management or accounting and finance 4 + years related Experience.
Work Place: Sendafa oromia region
Position 3: Chinese Translator
Job Summary
The Chinese Translator will be responsible for translating documents, emails, and conversations between Chinese and local languages. The Chinese Translator should be fluent Chinese language and should have an excellent understanding of the cultural nuances of the languages.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Chinese or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese languages
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Chinese to local language or local language to Chinese translation
- Familiarity with translation software and tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
