Position 1: – Junior Graphics Designer
Job Description
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others
- Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand
- Ensure current social media strategy aligns with company goals and values
- Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs
- Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing
Job Requirements
- Animating, video editing and 3D skill.
- Knowledge of visual digital spaces, UI/UX, and how to leverage social media platforms

- Client interfacing ability with confidence
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization

Position 2: – Junior IT Security Officer
Job Description
Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
Implement and maintain security controls
Identify and solve potential and actual security problems
Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements
Keep users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status
Maintain quality service by following organization standards
Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements
Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breech does occur
Organize and conduct tests and “ethical hacks” of the existing security architecture
Monitor the network and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems
Upgrade systems regularly to remain competitive in the field of security

Position 3: – Senior System Administrator
Job Description:
Support daily operations and monitoring of multiple databases, user accounts, file permissions and other systems according to standard operating procedures for storage and backup architectures.
Perform daily system monitoring and backup procedures to ensure data security, availability and integrity of required resources, and proper recording of application logs and reviews.
Implement schedule scripts for backup tasks on various operating systems.
Validate the integrity of backup media and health of storage devices.
Create & administrate virtual machines within hybrid environment.
Troubleshoot technical issues concerning firewalls, mail servers, proxy servers and domain controllers.
Plan and manage capacity of database management systems
Must have knowledge of IT concepts such as DB design, DB layout, DB structures, DB stored procedures, DB tables, DB optimization, TCP/IP, IT security concepts and practices
Maintaining detailed technical documentation
Leads efforts to define database strategy, architecture, standards and procedures to preserve the integrity and security of company data resources
Troubleshoot database problems and implement corrective measures as required

Job Description
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
- Maintaining the vehicle safe
- Pick up Employee from the place and at the time they’ve requested
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Assist Employee or customer with loading and unloading their luggage
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
- Interact with clients professionally at all times
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
