We are working in the pharmaceuticals import, wholesale and retail business, targeting the public as well as the private health sector of Ethiopia. Apart from the import business, our wholesale division is also working to serve the health care facility and organizations that need pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.
Droga Pharma would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Graphics Designer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Communication or related fields
- Experience: 1 year and above
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project briefs and marketing objectives.
- Create visual assets, including logos, brochures, website graphics, social media posts, email templates, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Design layouts and choose color palettes, typography, and imagery that align with the brand guidelines and project goals.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, technologies, and software.
- Continuously improve design skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing managers, copywriters, web developers, and other team members.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Maintain and update brand assets, such as logo files and image libraries.
- Produce high-quality graphic designs using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prepare designs for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and technologies.
