East African Trading House PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Regional Sales Manager (For Cement Sales)
Major Responsibilities
Developing Sales and Demand strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability, meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff and ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Detail Responsibilities:
- Contact and manage construction unit customers of EATH
- Manage any documentation related to construction unit
- Support manage relationship with sister company in regards to transport service
- Support in managing requests from NCSC
- Oversee DD construction unit staff and provide guidance and support required
- Oversee Addiss construction unit staff
- Compile any report required by management or regulatory bodies
- Manage and track Dispatch schedules for EATH customers
- Manage and conduct agreements with customers
- Support finance department or internal audit in conducting monthly reconciliations internally as well as with NCSC
- Any other assignments given or requested by the immediate manger or Excom
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or other relevant fields with minimum of Five(5) years of demonstrated experience
Additional Skill:
- MS proficiency (Word,Excel,….)
- Proven successful experience
- Integrity
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position 3: Store Keeper
Major Responsibilities
Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.
Detail Responsibilities
- coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
- oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
- allocate and organise storage locations according to requirements
- sort inventory according to established procedures
- mark inventory with identifying information
- update and maintain storage database
- track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts
- maintain inventory records and databases
- identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department
- provide regular inventory reports to management
- ensure proper packaging and labelling of shipments
- ensure shipping counts match the order documents
- process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments
- coordinate delivery sequence according to orders and balancing weight for appropriate delivery vehicle
- process and coordinate customer returns
- receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory
- resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received
- inspect and ensure quality of incoming inventory
- process returns
- ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents
- enter all information into the system for deliveries and shipments
- maintain all records/logs relative to shipping and receiving
- adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures
- perform additional related tasks as directed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting and finance, Management or other related fields with a minimum of 2/1 years of experience
Additional Skill:

- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position 4: Accountant
Major Responsibilities
To support sustainable and profitable growth of the Company and enhance operational decision making by preparing insightful, timely accurate and relevant cost analysis and report.
Detail Responsibilities:
- Prepares payroll, Wage and other payments and checks that same effected on time.
- Submit daily reports for sales, collections, and bank deposits reconciliations, aging of receivables
- Checks/Handles all accounting documents and working papers are properly kept.
- Ensures such deductions from payments as taxes, debts, staff loans.
- Follows-up and deducts advances, taken by travelers, purchaser and other employees are cleared on time against genuine documents
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
- Prepare Cash flow Statement
- Exercises adequate control and makes sure that Company revenues are timely collected, and disbursements effected timely and accurately.
- Prepare account payable & receivable account report
- Posting Cash Deposit
- Works closely with other accountants to feed relevant information each other
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related fields with Two (2) years of demonstrated experience.
Additional Skill
- Proven successful experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP is A+
