Position 1: Cashier and Admin Assistant
Education: College Diploma in Accounting, Secretarial Science, Office Management/BA in Management and Administration /other related fields from recognized college
Qualifications: Experience Six years of relevant work experience for Diploma holders and two years of relevant work experience for Degree holder’s experience.
Other knowledge
- Relevant trainings, good understanding on financial management and store management and administration.
- Ability on store management Computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and
- Familiarity with office operation
- Co-operative and willingness to work under pressure
- Willingness to multi-task and work on own initiative
- Good team player and team builder
Position 2: Office Assistant and Cleaner
Education level: – 10th grade/12th grade
Work Experience: – Two year
Position 3: Technical Expert
Duties:
- Work to restore forests/ecosystems of Cuqala Mountain biodiversity by considering catchment and buffer zone system.
- Deliver training to farmers on poultry, beekeeping and fattening of small ruminants and follow up the results from time to time
- Proactive and innovative ideas in project implementation, monitoring and reporting within timelines
- Facilitate and coordinate implementation of the project other activities at Kebele levels in collaboration with CBO’s, woreda experts, and Development Agents.
- Conduct field visits to Project Kebeles to provide technical backstopping, monitor work progress, add values to the Project
- Undertake and follow up any other activities related to the above
- Reports to the Project manager
Education: Animal Science and other related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of (4) four years relevant work experiences including NGO experiences
- Mature personality, result oriented problem-solving attitude, ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated individual ability and in teamwork
- Strong project planning, monitoring and reporting skills
- Proven communication of written and spoken English
