Position 1: Program Scheduler
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 0 year experience
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with broadcast scheduling or automation software would be a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking and media file formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure efficient workflow.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the broadcast schedule.
Salary: As per the organization scale
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Marketing and Advertising Specialist
Job Requirements:
- BA in Marketing Management, Marketing, Sales or related field and 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
Salary: As per the organization scale
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Account Receivable
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting and Finance required
- 0-2yrs experience in account receivable or a related financial field is required
- Proficiency with financial accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized, accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Salary: As per the organization scale
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Marketing and Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- BA/MA degree in Marketing Management, Marketing, Sales or related field and 8 years of experience.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
