Position 1: Marketing Officer
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts studies on customer service effectiveness, market potentials and product development, new market expansion and implements appropriate strategies by selecting; segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets;
- Identifies and analyses Company’s strengths and weaknesses and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment;
- Assists in develops marketing objectives and goals to ensure that the Company gains business and sets goals for market share and growth;
- Assists in market assessments and customer service quality assessment studies;
- Participates in formulating marketing and promotion activities and policies to promote the dealership and services, and works with advertising and promotion managers as needed
- Assists in conducting market research studies and analyzes their findings to ensure the highest level of advertising effectiveness;
- Performs all promotional activities which are necessary in promoting sales.
- Compiles and analyses feedback of customer survey indicators so that continuous improvement to be made;
- Gathers feedback from customers to establish CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and analyze for appropriate counter measure.
- Participates on exhibition and trade fair;
- Distributes promotional materials and other technical information relevant in promoting sales;

Qualification:
BA Degree in marketing Management
Experience
2 years and above
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Electrical Section Head
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance work in collaboration with mechanical maintenance division.
- Maintains, adjusts, repairs and/or services electrical malfunctions in motors electric systems in a safe, efficient and economical manner.
- Applies in a logical and progressive manner the appropriate diagnosis techniques to determine the causes of electrical malfunctions of equipment-motors.
- Direct controls, coordinate and supervise all maintenance activity.
- Uses safe working practice and procedures at all times and in particular complies with the factory ‘s safety
- Provides technical advise and guidance on all electrical maintenance works
- Takes good care of electrical maintenance tools and manuals.

Job Requirements
Qualification:
MSC /BSC in Electrical Engineering
Work Experience: 3/4 Experience
Workplace: Addis Ababa
